Supply Chain and Production

I take on the products from development process all the way through to shipping to the customers while responding to shifting trends and product mix transitions and managing product lifecycle from season to season.  I generate, manage, and collaborate on reliably accurate forecasts, analyze sales history and forecasts in units, revenues, margin, or any other unit of measure, Additionally, I generate sourcing plans that keep inventories in sync with ever-changing forecasts and static capacity constraints and drive an effective sales and operations planning process.

Operations & Business Analytics

I consult with companies on how to better their operations by streamlining their processes and maximizing their efficiency.  When necessary formulating policies, and providing tools on managing daily operations. I also offer services in business analytics using digital tools to gather data to drive strategy, and land on precise forecasting, planning, and projections.
